February Stamp Club Swap

Every month our Stampers 10 Club does a Challenge Swap. February's Challenge was to create an Adult Female Birthday Card. I wanted to use a technique from Technique Junkies but, me being me, I ended up modifying the technique. I had planned on using the Background Burst Technique but used ink instead of chalk and didn't restamp the background. Not sure if the scan does it justice but here it is.

Stamps: SU Eastern Blooms, Upsy Daisy, Twill
Cardstock & Ink: SU Groovy Guava, Wild Wasabi, Chocolate Chip and Very Vanilla
Misc: SU Ribbon, Cuttlebug Embossing folder and Spellbinders dies.

Nice card Katie. Great color combination. Is the ribbon slider a spellbinders die?

Sweet card! Nice fusion of colours and elements. Especially like the way you combined the birthday tag and ribbon. Hugs, Kathy the teawife
